A: You can never reserve too early! The items may be available now, but that can change in a moments notice. You may book and confirm 24 hours a day online. It's best to place and confirm your order early in your planning process.
A: Should you require a rental quote, a professional Event Consultant will be happy to help you. Rental quotes can be requested online, email, fax or via telephone.
A: In order to reserve the items that are on your quote, we require a signed copy of that quote and our Rental Agreement, as well as a 25% deposit on the grand total. You may send us this paperwork via email, fax, email or by visiting us in person. REMINDER: You may book & pay ONLINE 24 hours a day!
A: We accept CASH, CHECKS, MASTERCARD, VISA and AMEX. Please note that checks must be received at least 14 days prior to the delivery date in order to be accepted. Elite Tents & Events will not accept checks within 14days of delivery.
A: Your FULL Rental Balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
A: Your initial DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE, however it can be used towards a future rental within 1 year from your inital booking date. Please refer to your contract or our POLICIES PAGE for a full list of disclosures.
A: YES, Elite Tents & Events provides delivery services. Delivery fees vary by distance and sensitivity of time. Normal delivery hours are AM (09:00 to 12:00) or PM (1:00 to 5:00). More specific delivery windows or after hours are available for an additional charge. Most public facilities require total breakdown at the conclusion of your event.
A: The delivery fee provides delivery to the door. If you would like us to set up your rental items and/or breakdown, we'd be happy to do so for a fee. If you choose to set up on your own, you will be responsible for breaking down all rental equipment. Linens are to be bagged. All items are to be returned to their dropped location. Please see our Delivery and Set Up fees. Set up and breakdown for all TENTS and OVER SIZED equipment is included in their cost.
A: YES, with the exception of TENTS and OVER SIZED equipment. Our pickup hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am until 5:00pm. Saturdays 9:00 until 2:00pm. Please note:ELITE TENTS & EVENTS CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, SECURING, AND TRANSPORTING THEIR RENTAL ITEMS. OUR STAFF CANNOT PROVIDE LOADING OR UNLOADING.
A: Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15¥x15¥ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
